SYDNEY — April 7, 2020 — In response to unprecedented demand on contact centres in Australia, Matchboard has launched the Contact Centre Hotline to provide free phone advice on any contact centre challenge or question an organisation may have.  Challenges may vary from technical to operational, such as “how do I ensure security for work-at-home agents?” to “our overseas call centre can no longer support us – where can I urgently source an alternative?”

The Hotline is available to anyone from startups to government agencies.

Matchboard Founder Sharon Melamed said, “The way this works is that people submit their question or challenge by email or through our website, and Matchboard matches this to a qualified expert who will schedule a free consultation by phone or Zoom at a mutually convenient time.  We have on standby a community of cream-of-the-cream consultants who are here to help.”

Beyond urgent queries in response to Coronavirus, the Hotline will assist organisations whose operations have gone quiet, with planning for future initiatives. “This is a great time for those with extra bandwidth to research and plan, whether that’s for a new customer feedback platform, AI capability or a BCP/disaster recovery document – as we all know how essential those are!”

Interested organisations can contact info@matchboard.com.au to pose their question or challenge and expect a response within hours.
