ANZ Contact Centre Decision-Makers’ Guide 2022

ContactBabel’s flagship reports, “The UK & US Contact Centre Decision-Makers’ Guides”, are the largest annual primary research studies available and are seen as the benchmarks for contact centre research. After a successful trial run in 2021, ContactBabel is now bringing the “Contact Centre Decision-Makers’ Guide” to Australia and New Zealand in Summer 2022, and would like to invite all contact centres with over 10 seats to take part in our confidential online survey. Our research will answer many of the key questions that contact centres have, including: • Operational Benchmarking: speed to answer, call duration, first-contact resolution rate and call abandonment rate • Contact centre salaries for agents, team leaders and managers • Agent attrition and absence rates • Industry growth rates • Planned and future use of remote / hybrid contact centres • Customer channel preference and view on what they want from a contact centre • % of inbound interactions by channel, and benchmarked performance & cost of digital channels • Current and planned use of 18 key contact centre technologies.
