Sydney, June 9, 2026 – Matchboard has launched the BPO Leader of the Year Awards, to be presented at BPO Exchange 2026 on Oct.8 at the Hilton Hotel in Sydney. At a time of global volatility and intense AI disruption, Matchboard is celebrating the resilience, innovation and success of leaders in the BPO industry across three key categories:
- BPO Business Leader of the Year
- BPO Growth Leader of the Year
- BPO and Technology Vendor Partnership of the Year.
An independent judging panel of senior executives and consultants has been assembled to assess applications, due by August 31.
BPOs of all sizes are encouraged to apply, including traditional managed services outsourcing businesses and staff leasing (or co-sourcing) providers.
