The inaugural State of Offshoring Report is based on extensive market research, surveying 214 employers using or considering offshore arrangements, and 495 employees from businesses that use offshore arrangements.
Four patterns emerge from the data: employee engagement is often stronger in offshore workforces than onshore; development of AI capability is a core focus in talent strategies globally; compliance expectations are rising and offshore providers are racing to keep up; and finally, two thirds of employers are planning to grow their offshore teams within 24 months.
